Leo’s Biography

Leo is a international certified yoga Instructor with a Diploma in Ayurvedic Nutrition from the “Ayurvedic Institute” in (Pune). He has spend over a decade deepening his studies and spreading the sciences of yoga around the world, and returning back to India, for further practice under the guidance of direct disciples of great masters of Yoga, Sri T. Krishnamacharya (Shri Sridharan, V. Srinivasan, Geetha Shankar) and B.K.S. Iyengar (Sharat Arora, Usha Devi, Zubin Zartoshtimanes).

He is also a Certified Therapeutic Thai Massage practitioner by the “Old Medicine School” in Chiang Mai, Thailand. His development as a practitioner and teacher has been greatly influenced by his early age studies in Physical Education, Sports Training and Nutrition. Which allows him to deliver clear lectures where Western methods to achieve and maintain prime physical health are linked with the Eastern holistic sciences of Yoga for a greater understanding on how biological forces, regulated food intake, the environment and lifestyle influence our body-mind. Being Ayurveda and Yoga great vehicles to improve our daily life.

Leo is International Yoga Teacher, Ayurveda Nutritionist, Physical Education Teacher, Therapeutic Thai Massage and Buddisht & Advaita Meditator.
